The Vyke product suite provides Hotspot and ISP providers an excellent opportunity to increase their network utilization as well as diversify their revenue bases without extensive capital investment or steep learning curves.
Vyke offers two primary service structures for Internet access providers:
Hotspot providers may enter a commercial agreement with Vyke allowing all Vyke users pre-authenticated access Vyke's VoIP-based services directly from the provider's hotspots
Hotspot and ISPs may offer Vyke's VoIP calling services to their customers to offer loyalty-generating value added services as well as diversify their revenue bases
Pre-authenticated access for Vyke users: Vyke's significant user base is getting larger each day. For Hotspot providers seeking to increase their network utilization, Vyke offers the opportunity to provide service to a large potential customer base with the added benefit of a single billing point - Vyke. A typical service structure for a relationship of this type includes:
Commercial agreement between Vyke and the Hotspot provider in which network use is provided to Vyke on behalf of its customers
Users of Vyke's VoIP calling services are allowed to login and access Vyke services from the provider's hotspots without signing up for additional services
Offering Vyke's services to a Hotspot or ISP's existing customer base: Vyke's suite of VoIP services offer an excellent opportunity for Internet access providers (wireless or fixed) to diversify their product portfolio by adding loyalty-generating value added services. The Vyke suite may be marketed as stand alone services or as bundled services integrated with an Internet provider's existing billing and customer management systems.
A typical deployment of Vyke service by an Internet access provider would include the following:
End-User Interfaces: These products provide the end-user interfaces used by customers to access VoIP communication services. Depending on the Internet access provider's existing services and client base, the below products may be mixed and matched to provide a market-pertinent product offering.
Distribution Platforms: Vyke offers three distribution platforms that may each be used independently or in combination with one another. Separately or together, they provide Internet access providers with the ability to distribute Vyke-provided communications products in the manner that best fits its current sales strategy:
Vyke Internet Merchant Platform: Let Vyke.com's leading services, security and fraud prevention drive an on-line sales strategy
POSA Platform: For organizations with an established retail web presence or electronic distribution systems (i.e. point of sale terminals), this platform allows an automated interface into Vyke's billing system to allow for external account creation and recharge. Additionally, the POSA platform may be used to power an integration of the Internet access provider's existing billing systems so that VoIP call charges are immediately deducted from a user's primary billing account.
Account Batch Processing: For applications where printed scratch-cards are required
Support Systems: A turnkey Vyke solution includes all of the back-end systems required to support a deployment of the Vyke product set. They include:
Integrated Billing: Providing all retail and distributor level billing services and included in every Vyke product deployment
Web Based Reporting: Allows easy tracking of all key metrics pertaining to its customer use of the Vyke products
Centris API: An automated interface into Vyke's account management platform that may be used to power an in-house customer support service
International Communications Network: Providing the communication services that are the foundation of any Vyke deployment
